i bought these off amazon great price and for less then i paid any where else and got more product at a great bagain i am a type 2 diabetic and would recomend takeing this product with out them i am slugish and tired and have no energy when i take them i feel invigorated and full of energy i wish they the manufacturer would make a bigger bottle then a 30 day supply

I changed to these vitamins and never really felt that they were very good. I always felt exhausted and I feel as if my body did not absorb the vitamins as digested. I wonder this because no matter how much water I drank, my urine was extremely bright yellow causing me to feel as if my body was just flushing it out.
