The YogaAccessories™ 3/8'' Pilates Aero Yoga Mat is extremely thick and made of soft, cushiony foam with a smooth surface. Often used for yoga, it is also ideal for pilates. This mat has two velcro straps built-in for easy storage and transportation. It is thick enough to provide comfort during your workout, but also firm enough to provide a stable platform under foot. The Aero mat measures 72'' x 24'' x 3/8''.

Good yoga mat Jun 15, 2009

I have been using this yoga mat for a while. Although it is a good mat with nice padding for floor exercises, it does not have any traction on the floor and tends to slide around a bit. It is easy to roll up and I love the strap so I can take it with me.

This mat feels almost like cheating.

I am about 6' 170lbs and bony. When I am exercising on a normal mat on my knees, it hurts quite a bit bc of the lack of padding.

Now when I'm doing yoga on this super thick mat, it feels like I'm on a cloud of air.

Think of this mat as Nike Air for yoga mats!

I like this one a ton because it's thicker than most so it gives extra padding and makes yoga much more comfortable. I love it.
