Who needs expensive gadgets for aching feet??!! May 31, 2008
By love2workout I've had foot problems for years of playing sports and then wearing high heels to work; the two just don't mesh! The balls of my feet and my arch started to hurt SO badly once I reached my late 30's (take care of your feet early, people!) Anyway, I thought about the more expensive products on the marked for soothing tired/achy feet (foot baths/soaks, electronic foot massagers), and this gizmo is the best thing going! You can take it anywhere and use it anytime, the price is right, and best of all, it works WONDERS! You can adjust your foot easily and focus on diff't parts of the foot - even the bottoms of your toes! The seller shipped it right away and just in the nick of time. With summer almost here, my feet will look and feel great in my summer sandals! Thanks a lot! I'll be back!

Helped my plantar fasciitis May 23, 2009
By Daniel Waltman
"Always Eclectic"
I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis (self-diagnosed) for about 8 months. I had tried various stretching techniques and various icing strategies over that time. The stretching didn't seem to help and the icing actually made it worse. I tried this device as well as the "The Happy Company Foot and Body Roller, Nubs" device. They both work by rolling your foot over them. They seem to stimulate the foot in different ways. I use them both several times a day for a few minutes...mostly while watching TV. A week later and I have no heel pain in the morning or after sitting for a while. So I decided to stress it by running 3 miles. Even after running (and subsequently sitting for a few hours)...no pain. Wish I had tried this before. I am not a doctor so I cannot say it is a cure...but it sure helped me significantly.

By L. Wilcox These lil non mechanical device is great, I use it also for my hands. Relaxes the muscles, relives tension. I highly recommend.

Great foot massager Jan 07, 2010
By Julie M. Stephenson I really like this foot massager. I bought this one as well as the Therapeutic Foot and Body Roller from the Happy Company. I like both but if you were to just get one, then I would got with the Therapeutic Foot and Body roller. It is a little bigger but also more effective.

It does what it is supposed to Jun 01, 2007

And it fits in the diaper bag, although strangers may think it is for corporal punishment, *lol*. It is a very nice foot roller and I enjoy it for working the sides of my feet especially. When my foot is too sensitive to use the spiky large roller that I prefer, this works well on those days.
