This is really the best thing for you teeth and gums since the toothbrush. I give it 5 stars, however I would like it even better if the pressure was stronger and the water tank was larger. All in all, this is a great buy for anyone that doesn't want to have enormous bills from the dentist.

The Waterpik came before the promised date in good quality. I am still learning to use it with different heads and angles.
Due to my weak gum I can only turn the power half way. I can feel the cleanliness after each use.
I believe this product is good for dental bridge, an excellent alternative for manual flossing if your aim is perfect.
I still make a mess after each use sometimes but it's good trade off.

This is an excellent product. I was amazed at the residue that it removed from my teeth even after I had brushed and flossed. I plan to purchase the portable unit for travel.

Well I got mine today and turned it up to maximum and became sad and disappointed, very wimpy!!! I was used to an older model 76M. I would say my old model was twice as powerful maybe more. If this is your first model you will be OK but for those of us that had older models...well what can you do. Me, I will keep it and use it but I will keep my eye open for the 76M at garage sales and fleabay. It is a purely rectangular model 6 inches by 3 inches and 6 inches tall with 76M stamped on the bottom it is probably from the 80s. I am not sure as I bought it used 10 years ago. Maybe I will add a picture of it as I still have it and may check into repairing it.

Looks very nice with extra tools for alternative uses. Doesn't seem powerful enough like the old model which I used for many years. It appeared to be the best on the market at the moment.
