Quite simple: Does what it's supposed to do. Aug 30, 2010

I was skeptical to buy this version of Vivarin after reading the first review posted by a user who has been taking Vivarin for 20 years. I decided to take the plunge because of the excellent price, the convenience of having it shipped to my home and the fact that I have used Vivarin in the past and it has worked for me quite well. I have not taken caffeine pills for very long, so perhaps this is why my body is not as sensitive as to the difference between tablets or caplets like the other customer. That said, I found these to be just as effective as tablets and found little to no difference between Vivarin tablets or caplets.

I have taken or used Vivarin for over 20 years! If you expect quick results then stick with the tablets. These caplets act like a time released product. So the effects are very small and limited.
