A medicine cabinet staple! I have been using several of the therapy mineral bath soaks for over a year now. When you have a cold mixing these salts with hot water and inhaling the steam gives immediate relief...and best of all it's all natural. I love it especially for when I get a cold while pregnant and can't take any meds!

My neighbor lent me this stuff and it's amazing. Opened my sinuses up while calming me at the same time. I totally recommend it for people with colds, bronchitis, allergies. I plan on buying my own bottle and trying a couple of the other soaks by Village Naturals.

'Nough said. It's really nice to use in the bath when you feel like death. Absolutely clears the sinuses when you're stuffed up. Just don't take a big whiff of it if you're not sick! Bad idea.

Great for congestion Feb 03, 2012

I really love bath salts and this really helps with congestion, whether you have allergies or a cold. One thing I didn't expect would that the menthol (or whatever it is) in it would make me cold in the bath, although the water was still hot. My only gripe, but maybe I should have had the forethought.
