This thing is amazing. It is big enough to cover my entire back, not just the lower back. I like that it doesn't feel hot to the touch but heats the body deeply. Now that I have one my parents tried it and ordered one for themselves. And yes I will buy another, just need a different color to seperate his and hers.

I purchased this pad last week, and it worked for one day. On the second day, the battery wouldn't turn on even when plugged in. OK, I know these things happen. But here's the rub: The company makes the customer pay to ship the part back for repair/replacement. Not a good policy! On top of that, it will take 4-6 weeks to be replaced! So you might want to find a better company to do business with.

after almost a year of no relief from stiff neck muscles, ordered and tried this pad and was amazed that, after one night of using it, the stiffness was gone. Was a bit disappointed that the covering is a bit flimsier than I expected and the heat element doesn't always seem consistent; but for the relief for what seemed like near-paralysis of my neck, I am extremely appreciative of the technology in this pad.

The heating pad is great once it finally got here. I ordered it on December 30th and it finally arrived on February 8th. After an initial lack of communication the company really did step up and take care of me. I wish there hadn't been such a long wait to get the item, but I understand a delay from the manufacturer is out of their control.
I have fibromyalgia and significant joint pain. I have been using this pad all night long for several nights now and I can now wake up in the morning without hip pain. I am really impressed. The pad is lightweight, large, and comfortable. The pad does stay on longer than 30 minutes despite what the description says and works wonderfully for keeping my comfortable all night long. I have already recommended this pad to others.

Great heating pad; quickly helped improve my shoulder pain and allowed me to sleep the first night I used it. I've told several friends about it, and one is ordering it.
