Uncomparable in Quality Mar 10, 2012
By Randy Humola You cannot even really compare the animal pak to any other multivitamins on the market, they are much more than that. Each packet contains a mix of pills and capsules, some of them are very large so if you have a problem with swallowing pills in general these may not be for you. Convenience is not the goal here, effectiveness is. The Animal Pak is just that; very effective. Besides the basic vitamins you'll find in any multivitamin off the shelf, these pills also contain minerals and nutrients that help with boosting hormone levels.
This is huge for anyone wanting to increase their strength and build more muscle. I also take tribulus, 50 Grams (1.77 Oz) Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder (Strongest Tribulus on the market) which seems to be enhance the anabolic effects pretty nicely, i.e. raises testosterone levels.
If you are into any type of heavy lifting and you don't mind swallowing a handful of horse pills every day, then you'll find no better base supplement than the animal pak.

Animal Pak Review Apr 03, 2012
By Mark Kantor If you can get past the fact that you will be swallowing a handful of pills everyday (and yes a few of them are horse pills), then you will also be getting past alot of sticking points in your lifts that you've been struggling with before Animal Pak.
There are so many individual amino acids, anti-oxidants, etc that I never would of taken if they weren't all put together in the Animal Pak and my overall performance in the gym has benefited as a result.
Some of the aminos are little on the low side for dosage but you can always supplement those separately if need be. This supplement doesn't take the place of other performance enhancing supplements (i.e. creatine, glutamine, etc.) but instead it takes the place of your multivitamin, bottom-line.
I've probably taken Animal Pak for three years (off and on), its a bit pricey to take it year round but you do get what you pay for. Probably the best thing I have taken with it to see actual results in strength gains (cannot say that about any other multivitamin can you) is Beta Ecdysterone Bulk Powder 30 Grams. I'm up to 280 grams of quality protein per day, the ecdysterone is what turns that protein into usable fuel for the body. If you are on a high protein diet, look it up, its pretty solid.

Good but a hard pill to swallow Sep 02, 2011
By Joseph Yeah, yeah. By now you've no doubt read multiple reviews saying that the pills (about 10+ of them) are too large or too many. Some people complain and leave 1 or 2 stars, while others are pretty adamant that they have no trouble with these pills and that the complainers are somehow whiners. Well, here's yet another comment on this issue.
I'm sorry to say this, but the pills are really large. Could they not have made them a little smaller? After trying to intake 10+ pills, drinking water with about 1 or 2 pills at a time, I feel a bit bloated and it's altogether just not a very pleasant experience. Granted, this lasts only about 10-15 minutes at most, but it's really a hassle. I sometimes wish I could just crush all the pills together and mix it in with my protein shake. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's definitely something the manufacturer should be thinking about if they want to cater to more people.
As for the product itself, I can't say I notice that much energy boost from taking this glorified multivitamin product. I'm sure it's doing something in my body, but it's just not noticeable enough for me to justify paying premium price for 44 days worth of vitamin + protein enzymes.
Also, one more odd thing you might experience while taking this product is having to urinate bright yellow-green urine. I thought this was weird and I googled it. It seems it's normal, so if you're worried you have some kidney problems, don't. You're fine.
Overall, this might be a great product for some people, but I'm going to stop after my first batch.

Great Vitamin Source! Aug 23, 2011

As title says, this is a great vitamin source! The only reason I give it a 4 star is because the size of some of the pills in here. I usually dont have a problem swallowing big pills but this has made me gag a few times, and I often find that I have to take a little break in between pills to let my throat rest. I think the size of the pills should have been taken into consideration, because some easily could've been broken into two circular pieces, instead of long thick pieces. That was a bad design that should've been taken into consideration.
Also, I dont know if this is a common side effect of Animal Pak, but I am far more sexually active with the wife than before! I am 24 so hopefully that says something. I use to take just the simple GNC Sport multivitamin so i know Animal Pak has made this difference.
As far as muscle gains, i feel like this has maybe toned me a little bit, but like any other multivitamin, this isnt meant to magically grow muscles for you.
