Forever, I have tried several foot balms, lotions, etc. As many as there are out there in the stores, nothing beats this cream. I didnt even know what UREA was until this, and now I love it. It feels smooth and never sticky. Best of all it doesnt have a strong scent at all. Doesnt smell like flowers, but its almost odorless. Feel cool and great on your tired feet. I highly recommend it.

I am very disappointed with this hand cream. I have been using a different hand cream for over 30 years, that is no longer being made. I was very excited to see 'Urea Care'. I read all the info on Amazon. However, no where did it say that the product has a fragrance. Thus, ready to try a new product, I ordered it, only to learn upon opening, that there is an extremely strong fragrance. I tried to give the 'Urea Cream' to 2 other people, who also declined because they found the fragrance to be extremely unpleasant. I get severe rashes from fragrances in creams. I wrote the company and asked if I could return it since they did not say anywhere in their listing that it had a fragrance. They said that since it did not say fragrance free, I should assume it has a fragrance. And, since the product has been used, I cannot return it. I feel they have false advertising by not listing all the ingredients in their product on their web page on Amazon, especially since it is marketed for people with sensitive skin. I would not recommend this product to anyone, and I will never purchase anything again from this company. I have to say, I am very disappointed that it is being listed on Amazon!

A bit expensive, but a good cream and works well on dry hands. Feb 05, 2012

This cream has a pleasant smell and really does the job on dry hands, elbows, feet, etc. A little goes a long way, so that offsets the cost a bit. I first used a Urea based balm for my feet and it worked so well I tried this (a bit milder) for hands and it works very well for dry skin. Use sparingly and you will see good results quickly.

I have tried so many creams and wasn't sure about this cream because of the name/ingredient. I have to say it is one of the best I've used. It is smooth (not greasy), nice scent and works. Great purchase

Cream seemed effective as I would expect a 10% urea cream to be. And I did not notice when I ordered that it was not unscented. The perfume smell, though mild, was not to my liking. I ordered a larger bottle of a 40% urea cream that is unscented, and am happily using the new one.
