I Love Them Mar 12, 2011
By Jazz83 Im in the military so we have to do a lot of standing. I have severe heel pain and bone spurs and these work great. The price is great too. So I think before people rate this as a bad product they should realize that different things work for different people.

Great help for plantar fasciitis Nov 13, 2009
By N. Rogers I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis for several months. I read about Tuli heel cups in a magazine and decided to give them a try. I hardly feel them in my shoes, but the pain in much less since using them. I would definitely recommend them to others with foot pain.

By Tammy I have plantar fasciitis and these are the only thing that has helped me. I have orthotics I paid $300 for and these are by far more comfortable and not as painful as my expensive orthotics. I don't have that jolt pain on initial stand up when I wear these. I'm on my feet all day and these make it so I'm not in severe pain at the end of day. The only negative and just a slight is they are hard to fit in the shoe. Not sure if they are too big or that's how they fit. But the tradeoff is well worth it!

Recommended by the podiatrist for Sever's disease Sep 25, 2011

These heel cups were recommended to my 12 year old daughter for Sever's disease by a podiatrist. The condition is common among young athletes. Sever's is heel pain caused by the growth plate in the heel being pulled on by the Achilles tendon. The growth plate is not fused and therefore can become inflamed. The condition is self resolving (once she finishes growing it and the plate fuses she will no longer have pain). Therefore the treatment is in simply trying to alleviate the pain.
These heel cups help her significantly with the pain by lifting the heel a small amount so that the Achilles tendon is not pulling as hard on the growth plate and by cushioning the heel. We have tried at least a half dozen types of heel lifts and these work the best. Because she wants a pair in each shoe (especially soccer shoes) I wanted to get several more pairs. At the podiatrist they wanted 45 dollars for a pair so the sub ten dollar price here is a bargain.
If your child complains of pain in the heels (and if squeezing the rear portion of the heel from both sides at the same time results in pain) you may want to try these.

I have flat feet and my heel has been acking me lately only on my right foot. At first I thought it was gout but the doctor said it was due to my flat feet and recommended heel cups. I bought these put them in the rigth shoe. It definately helps. I feel the difference with and with out. So if you have pain definately try this item.
