Gets My Support Oct 31, 2011
By Denise Looking for a good way to ice or heat up your knee? Well, this wrap will do both very well. Basically it's just a wrap with a gel pack that's inserted inside a little pocket.
It's ridiculously easy to use too. After you heat the pack or freeze it, all you do is slip it in the pocket and velcro-it snugly around your knee. Be aware that a few people might complain that it doesn't stay on when you move around - but you probably shouldn't be walking around much when heating or icing your knee anyway! A nice little knee wrap, I give it two thumbs up. Also recommend Treat Your Own Knee Arthritis if you have knee arthritis.

Not much to say Oct 04, 2011
By Polcha This item is a blue velcro strap that has a pouch for a ice/hot pack on the inside. The strap really does not stay on my leg very well, and I constantly had to pull the thing up. If I was sitting on the couch it was fine, but if I moved, so would the strap. Good idea, but did not work that well for me.

Almost perfect Oct 03, 2011
By EricF0529 Good product. Sturdy velcro keeps the things anchored on to my knees, even while standing. They get very, very cold, and don't give off much, if any, condensation. The only downside is the only thing separating the gel pack from your skin is a thin mesh. You'll need to put a towel or cloth in between the ice pack and your skin to avoid freeze-burning yourself. It would have been nice if they had just made the gel pack holder out of a cloth rather than a mesh, so this "extra step" would be built in. Otherwise, a solid product, that performs as advertised.

Ice Pack Oct 04, 2011
By ddstclair Bought this for my son who has Osgood Schlatter in his knee. This ice pack fits around his knee so he can walk around while its on. The gel pack molds to his knee even when frozen so its very nice. Very happy with the purchase. 100 times better than trying to keep a bag of ice balanced on his knee!
