Nice little sleeve Jun 27, 2010
By Common Sense Good little product. Have only owned it for a few weeks but have used it a dozen times or so. It is well made and will probably hold up. Works much better as a hot wrap than it does for icing. Order a size smaller than measurements dictate if you want it to fit snuggly.

Poor design Apr 18, 2011
By David Welshans Beads are not sewn into compartments on this style sleeve...hence they all fall to the "bottom" once sleeve is placed on your wrist. Some other versions, such as neck wrap, have multiple compartments to hold beads in place.

Helps with Tennis Elbow Jul 23, 2010
By Carpsmarsh Less than a minute in a microwave oven and this sleeve provides a good moist heat that helps loosen up my arm in the morning or before I head out the the gardens. I find, though, that the underside of my forearm is more tender than the outside around the elbow and can't tolerate as much heat. So I have to use it with moderate heat or stuff something down inside the sleeve to protect the more tender part of my arm. I'll probably end up stitching a flannel panel inside the sleeve.
I also find that the beads inside slip around and usually end up congregating along the underside of my arm instead of outside where I need them. If the sleeve had channels (like a duvet or quilt), it would create more even heat all around.

Works Great on Wrist or Hand Dec 26, 2007
By Catpads This is a neat item. Since it is a sleeve you get heat all the way around, which is nice for your wrist, hand, or elbow. It is also great just as a regular ice pack, molds well to anywhere it is placed. I use it as my main ice or heat pack now.

By J. Hiebert I have used this cuff many times over the years for osteoarthritis and by far it has given me relief from pain enabling me to continue my daily tasks. A great pain reliever.
