does the job, but the title may be misleading May 23, 2010
By G. Vereschagina
"GV"
BE AWARE: "Dual Temp" means that it has two surfaces, one very cold and another not so cold. It cannot be microwaved (that's why it's called 'Cold Pack'). Otherwise it does what it's supposed to do and helps with migraines.

Best I've Found Nov 17, 2009
By F. J. Rodrick This is the most convenient cold-pack I've found yet. I like the two sides--one smooth, one cloth--so I can use it on my knee with shorts or long pants. The strap is long enough and the velcro is set up to work in either direction. Perfect for forearm tendinitis or a bruised foot, too. For knees, I recommend two so you can wrap one top and bottom. I tried their bigger pad, the one they advertise for backs, but it doesn't come with the velcro strap and isn't as flexible. So buy two.

Theramed Cold Pack Jul 04, 2011
By CH This cold pack is filled with a white Gel. One side is coated with fabric as shown in the picture, the other side is clear plastic.
Feedbacks of the cold pack:
Pros: Compare to the blue gel cold pack, this one lasts almost twice long and is much colder. It is cold enough to numb your muscles if you stay on it for more than 10 minutes.
Cons: The size of the pack is 5" x 10" with a 3" x 5" flap for the Velcro strap. It's good for small areas like knees or ankles. I find it's too small to conveniently use on my shoulder or back.
It also has a pungent odor, which causes headaches when I apply the cold pack on my shoulder/neck (areas close to nose). So I use it for my back and use the blue gel cold pack for my shoulder. After washing it with soap, the odor decreases but does not go away totally.

This Cold Pack Is Terrific! Feb 02, 2010
By Lisa J. Sanetra I purchased this same cold pack two times when it was sold in my neighborhood drugstore.
When I found out it was no longer available in stores, I called the manufacturer who told me I could by it from Amazon.com
The item stays cold for a very long time and the sturdy velcro strap keeps it firmly in place while in use.
I have bought many cold packs over the years and Theramed Universal Dual-Temp Cold Pack is by far the best one I have come across.

Handy cold pack May 15, 2010
By Fred J. Lopiccolo
"Fredo"
This cold pack really works. Just take it out of the freezer and wrap it around your sore ankle or sore muscles. It comes with a velcro strap which is a plus. After I ordered this I injured myself running. My ankle was swollen like a balloon. This cold wrap gave me comfort and I would recommend it to anyone that runs.
