My husband grew up playing rough sports like hockey and football and as a result, has more than a few aches and pains. His doctor prescribed this moist heating pad and I am pleased to tell you that it works miraculously at warming deep down into the muscles. I had never even heard of a moist heat heating pad but I immediately felt the difference! The great thing about this product is that it has a digital temperature gauge so you can adjust the maximum heat that you would like it to go up to. It is great product for muscle aches, arthritis pain or simply a belly ache. In all, I recommend the Theratherm moist heating pad for any household.

This by far is the best heating pad i ever had & i got 2 , i like the way you can control the heat & it stays on
for up to 1 hour, heat's up fast & easy to use, the only draw back is that if it had a light on the control
knob it would be nice when your in the dark you can see the heat setting, but other than that it is a great product & i highly recommend it.

I have degenerative disc disease, stenosis and spondiolythesis. My physical therapist recommended this pad as it works very much like the moist heating pads used in physical therapy. The price on Amazon is also much less than the ones in his medical catalog.This is a fabulous heating pad which I can highly recommend! I love it!!

This is a really great heating pad! The only problem is that the controls are not lit and not visible absent light. With aching muscles or joints you might not want to get up or reach for a light switch a few times to adjust settings or restart the heating pad. I have only had it for a short time but so far exclusion of a lit control is all that bars my giving this pad five (5) stars.
