Great exercise and therapy tools Apr 09, 2012

My wife is a personal trainer and these are invaluable for starting clients to get some resistance training as well as working on flexibility. In addition, I used this during my rehab and therapy when my shoulder, and I now use the heavy bands for my workouts when I travel. Great stuff, worth the money, lasts nearly forever.
