This all-wood massage tool is another traditional favorite of therapists and self care enthusiasts who prefer the look and feel of natural, turned wood. About the size of a large mushroom, the �cap� is held in the palm of the hand, and the smoothly rounded stem is used to apply pressure to trigger points in soft tissue. Some gentle kneading motion with the Knobble or slow movement of the part of the body being massaged may be helpful. Great hand saver Nov 22, 2009

This is a very good quality item. Should last forever. The finish on the wood is very smooth and nice. It feels very comfortable in my hand, and is very helpful in do deep tissue massage where I just do not have the physical strength to use my thumbs or fingers to dig in. It is a real hand saver.

Using this tool in some places, I need for the small end to be a little softer. To solve this, I have ordered a second Knobble, and will build up the narrow end of it with some silicone caulking. That will afford me the slight give I need when working on certain areas that are a little more delicate or sensitive. I have done this with a home made wooden tool I used to use before getting the Knobble, and it was quite effective.

If you have trigger point issues, this is a valuable tool, and well worth getting.

I am a licensed massage therapist and during a heavy patient day, my hands get very tired. The Knobble is a great tool that helps manipulate muscles deeply and saves your thumbs. I wouldn't want to be without it.

This is the exact same knob we used at a chiropractor office I used to work at. Used this for 2 years, 5 days a week, of and on for 11-12 hours a day. Used on children with a very light touch, all the way over to an ex-wrestler-turned EMS guy with some serious lactic acid knots to work out. If you want what the professionals use for your own home therapy between sessions, get this one. I still use mine all the time!
