Small, but ok Apr 10, 2010
By Sarah S.

So, i was expecting the 65cm ball to be about chair height. but its definitely not. it looks like a small ball not the medium size ball. its def. too small for me. i can not substitute it for a chair. so that just pretty much defeated the purpose of this ball. i guess i can still use it for exercise. other then that, the package came ok, but there were spots on it like it had fell in some oil/wet stuff. there was a pump but it was covered in oily liquid which is gross. good thing was that they included 3 plugs for the hole, which is good in case you need more i guess.
i just wish it was bigger. ive had exercise balls in the past before and i always get medium, but this just seems too small to be medium.

CAUTION: Height Recommendation for this 65cm ball is WAY OFF May 15, 2010
By Yolanda Rowe This ball is an excellent quality ball. For the price, you can't go wrong. It's very similar to the Gold's Gym version of the stability ball. However, in comparing the two (both are suppose to be 65cm), the Biggest Loser ball is WAY TOO SMALL with a diameter of 30" while my Gold's Gym ball that now has a slow leak is 32".
I'm 5'6" and am on the lower end of what the manufacturer deems to be a qualifying height for this size ball (65cm), and yet it is still too small if one is looking to do any kind of exercises on top of the ball--like pikes. If you just want to use the ball for crunches while lying on the floor or for moving from side to side with the ball straddled between your legs, the ball will work just fine; but I would recommend getting the next size up if you are 5 feet or taller and wish to do more than just straddle the ball between your legs.
The band found in the kit is handy and it comes with illustrations on how to use it which is great. But the pump is cheap. You'll get a work out pumping the ball up that is for sure. Additionally, the air comes out of the ball after a few days so you will need to refill it again before you get a normal ball.
I went ahead and reordered the next size up (grey ball) in place of this one. Though, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have both since the blue 65cm one will work great for crunches when laying down on the floor with the ball straddled between your legs.
With that said, I went ahead and gave this ball 4 stars simply because the height recommendation is way off and it's a hassle to have to return something due to the recommendations being so off.

I love the size of the ball which is great for being able to grab between your legs for crunches. The band is also good for getting a great strength training workout.

Good Quality Oct 05, 2009
By Shopper Mom As far as yoga balls go I think this product is quality. I don't use any of the other items in the package but the yoga ball was a good deal for what you get.
