Tanda worked well for a few months but then would work only intermittently. The company was very slow to respond to my request even though the devive was under warranty. After I received the new device, I experienced similar problems. I believe they replaced the second device with a refurbished device that only worked for a month. Now my original warranty has expired. The device is made of plastic and is probably too fragile to last, even though this type of device is likely to receive only gentle treatment. A disappointment considering the price tag.

Tanda worked for me for siz months, then it was no longer able to remain on long enough to complete a three minute session. It turns itself off in 30 seconds. I emailed the company a week ago and have not received a response. I have read of similar problems with the device. This item is too expensive to have such a short life. There are other blue lights. I would recommend choosing a different brand.

Do not buy this product. It works for a couple months then all the sudden it only turns on for a few seconds. I sent mine back to Tanda 4 times and all the replacements worked like the original. They claimed the problem was fixed but it wasn't. I was suppose to get a refund from Tanda in May and still haven't received. I only get excuses when I call the customer care line which by the way, they rarely answer. Do not buy...it will only cause you anguish when it stops working and you can't get the company who makes it to be honest and admit to the problem and refund your money.

I have hormonal acne due to getting off the pill to start a family. I have tried a ton of cleansers..etc. and nothing seems to work. I have been using the Tanda for a week and have noticed a difference. My large pimples have reduced in color and size and my old scars are starting to fade. The small little bumps have not disapeared yet. I am excited to see what my face looks like in a month.

I bought this in hopes of improving my acne. And it worked but not as fast as I hoped for, it took an average of 3 days to work which is the same amount of time it takes anyways. Basically I think it works for someone with really, really mild acne but even then I don't think it's worth 300 to 400 dollars and as other reviewers have pointed out the battery life of tanda isn't very long...
