Great for us dieters! Feb 23, 2009
By Carol Mathis I eat this on everything, because it gives a ton of flavor and almost no calories!
--on cut up apple for a snack --on WASA crispbread topped with fat-free cottage cheese --on scambled "eggs" (counterbalances the fact that they're mostly egg whites!!!!) --sprinkled on vegetable soup --sprinkled on poached fish
I swear, this stuff is responsible for about half of the 70 pounds I lost. :)

I started eating this stuff in Mexico and I am delighted that I can find it here on Amazon. This fruit seasoning is quite addictive, you'll want to start putting it on everything, but I personally think that it tastes best on over-ripe melon of any type. The sweeter the fruit, the more tasty the result!

Great for talapia. Mar 07, 2008
By S. F. Walters This stuff is great for seasoning fish. My wife and I use Tajin for frying fish and also oven or pan prepared with butter. I first came across this seasoning by accident and it hooked me the first time I used it. My mouth is watering just thinking about Tajin. I have never tried it on fruit, but I am sure it would be yummy!

YUM Jan 19, 2012
By KimLaLa Growing up in San Antonio we ate this stuff called Lucas that's still around, but was said to contain lead. This tastes just like it. I peel a cucumber, slice it long ways, and squeeze half a lemon on, then sprinkle with this stuff and enjoy. It's so good, for those that like sour snacks. Tastes just like what the ice cream man sold in San Antonio as a kid.

Fantastic -- for food makeovers! :-) Feb 20, 2009

"amazingly graced"
I first had Tajin when a co-worker from Mexico visited, and brought me some as a gift. He said to try it on fruit, but my favorite has been to put it on pizza -- addicting! Soups, egg dishes, etc. benefit from it, too, and I'm sure it would be good on fish. He said it was sort of like "dried salsa", and to some degree it is. It is somewhat lemony as well. I recommend it! I still have yet to try it on fruit... :-)
