Overall good exercise machine Oct 07, 2010

It's a pretty good exercise machine. It came with a two page written and picture instructions and only took 2 minutes to put together. It doesn't take a lot of room. Surprisingly the machine works out the front as well as the back part of your body. I find that it also works out your heart. Your heart is not beating fast, but you do get out of breath. It's worth the price, but shippping is like, $30.00.

I bought this product back in December and used it regularly for about five months before it broke without warning. Pretty dangerously too--- I was stepping as usual and a big part of the mechanism under the steps just snapped right off, and I pulled a muscle due to the sudden lack of resistance. I'm 140 pounds-- there was no excuse for this breakage. Cheap parts are the only possible reason. I tried to contact the company by e-mail and by phone with no response, so ultimately I just had to throw the thing a way. What a waste...
