First of all if you like feeling the floor through your exercise mat then this is the mat for you. I also did not realize it came with a loose fabric around the so called padding. If it wasn't such a pain and I wasn't so lazy I would return it. $50.00 is way too much for this. I recommend staying away from this product it's not so "sunny".

fold up nicely, but not a lot of protection for a fall. Also, very sliperly and moves around on tile and hardwood.

Does what it's suppose to do, BUT it is not comfortable. You are better off getting one of the "blue" ones. You know the one I'm talking about if you ever wrestled.

This mat is thicker that most and that makes it easy on the back. I use it in an excercise room and fold it up after each use so the easy-fold design is perfect for me.

this product is cheap compared to the others on amazon that started over $100! I live in a small apartment and can't ford a gym so bought this to take outside for gymnastics and martial arts training. Im gonna buy another one so that i have more room to practice. i use it in the yard and feel nothing, but taking it to a hard surface like a sidewalk is rough...
