Sturdy but tends to slide on wood floor Mar 13, 2011
By Looking Forward I bought this item for my wife, who needs a step to get up into our rather high bed. It is easy to put together, light weight, and sturdy. My one complaint is that it tends to slide on the wood floor fairly easily. It does have four, slightly protruding, 5/8 inch grips build into the bottom of the unit, but these are made of plastic-like material that does not grip the floor well. Larger, more rubber-like feet might work better. I'm planning to get a thin rubber mat to place under the unit. If the unit were used on a carpeted floor, this would not be an issue and I would give the unit 5 stars.

Sunny Health and Fitness Aerobic Step - This equipment was suggested by my Physical Therapist. It came to me with instructions as to its use, just what I ordered, very sturdy and well packaged. I use it diligently and will order from this company again.

perfect May 01, 2010
By MH It's all I need in the tiny space I have to exercise in. If you're advanced in fitness however, you'll want to buy the steps to add since the rise isn't very high and not too challenging.

Nice and sturdy Sep 16, 2010
By Bean I love this step. I do wish it was a little less expensive, but it seems like every fitness step is over $25 anyway. The yellow risers on this step are removable, which is nice if you are just starting out with aerobic stepping and you need something a bit lower to the ground. Attaching the the yellow risers was annoying at first because I had to push really hard to get them to fit securely, but it got better over time.

Getting up there in years and I needed something to help me get in and out of the bathtub. Saw the Sunny Health & Fitness Aerobic Step and bought it to put next to the tub. Perfect height. While I'm waiting for the water to reach the right temperature - I use it to do a little exercise. It's sturdy and non skid so it was the perfect solution.
