Boring Oct 04, 2009
By Critical Eye I have a couple of different spinervals videos (Ultraconditioning 4.0, 5.0, and Lean and Mean) and I like all of them. This one however, is boring and a waste of money. I was looking for a condensed workout to do when I didn't have much time... but these videos bored me even when only doing them for 30 minutes. Buy a diffferent video or save your money.

Great Indoor Workout Mar 08, 2008
By Charlotte Mckenzie This workout DVD is a fabulous indoor option for staying in shape. With all the rainy weather we have been having this year, I was really getting out of shape since we couldn't go outside and ride. With this DVD set both my husband and I have been able to stay in shape during the winter, and even take off a few pounds.
The DVD is easy to follow and does a great job of challenging the rider with great interval training. I would recommend it for anyone interested in spin exercise. The only extra equipment you will need is a bike stand for your bike.
Have fun!

Spinervals Feb 13, 2011
By Kimberly-Ann I like having a routine to follow as opposed to spinning on my own, but it does get very boring. Also, I really wish that they had a fan in the room, because it actually grosses me out to watch these women sweating all over the place. It's just not neccessary and it's certainly not a motivator. I already know that it's an intense workout (I took part in it). All they need is some air circulation.
