These bars taste great and are what I call do-able nutrition. They are not 100% healthy (most products aren't), but they are a healthier alternative than a candy bar for example and have great taste compared to other protein bars. Even though the amount of protein is not that high, it's still better than no protein. I use them as a meal replacement or a snack.

My husband and I did not like the chocolate chip version at all, but these strawberry ones actually taste good. There is a decent amount of fiber and protein in them compared to other cereal or breakfast bars and taste better than most that we've tried.

These are extremely tasty, they remind me of a glazed donut. They can be a convenient & healthy meal replacement occasionally; as long as you eat them in addition to your daily fruits, veggies, whole grains, water, etc.

Yes.. they are basically a candy bar because of all of the sugar. I do NOT recommend using them a few times a day. But when you need a pick-me-up, or if you're dieting and get those candy cravings, try this. They are vitamin & mineral packed, and they taste so good!

I was doing Nutrisystem, lost 15 lbs in one month, and used these occasionally as my breakfast instead of using the NS entree. I still lost, and felt great! And no, they do NOT taste like "hay". The chocolate Special K protein bars are great as well, but these are my favs

I still haven't figured out what I'm going to do with the 3-pack that I bought from amazon. I tasted one bar and completed it with great difficulty. I am a regular breakfast bar eater and bought this expecting meal bars to keep hunger away fro longer than breakfast bars do. I love strawberries too yet I say these taste terrible!
