I recommend this item to any one that suffers from muscle, joint pain or arthritis. I had a terrible pain in my hand, wrist, and finger joints for over 4 months since I work as an accountant. I bought this product on OCT 2007 and I've been taking it since then for almost 2 months every single day. the results are great because I can move my fingers better, have no pain on my hand or joints and I feel great!. To get best results from the product what I do is that I get a glass of 8oz of water or juice and I mix a scoop and drink it straight first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. That way the nutrients from the product can work better in an empty stomach.

I have a torn meniscus, a torn ACL & arthritic spurs in my left knee for 12 years now. I have daily knee pain & while I'd like to have surgery done, it's just not feasible for me (economics and 6 weeks+ at-home rehab). I am a homemaker with teen triplets & they (as well as my husband) are all athletic, so I'm constantly busy chauffering or helping with everyone's varied activities. I exercise 4-5 times a week at home, particularly on a recumbent bike and after researching the internet, I read about Arthred. This product is fantastic! I have been using it for 6 weeks and I have better knee movement than I've had in years and the pain has diminished greatly! I just ordered my second can and will continue to use this product indefinitely as I see continued positive results. For those of you who are looking for a product that will help ease your pain ful arthritis symptoms and help you with better joint movement. I'd say give Arthred a try. One can of Arthred lasts for a month and hopefully you'll begin to see results as I have, in that time frame. Also, while researching, I found that Amazon has the least expensive price (incl. shipping - although I am an Amazon Prime member).

Sorry, but I have been using this product since Dec. and I haven't noticed anything positive with it yet. I will continue to take it and I hope it works.
