Just one of these pills helps me to go to sleep and stay asleep through the night. Wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy. Best sleeping aid out there. Amazon has the best price for it too!

Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep again, one of these will work wonders. And the best part is that I don't feel groggy in the morning either. Also, from all the research I have done, this sleep aid can be used routinely without fear of addiction.
I also have some on hand and carry some with me when I travel for business.

I use these Sominex to fall asleep sometimes. I have trouble falling asleep early. Any other sleeping pill I cannot take because they make me sooo groggy the next day. With the Sominex that is not the case. I take these an hour before bed time and I sleep like a baby.

I take one of these every night and don't wake until morning. No grogginess!
I have run out recently and am having trouble sleeping through the night. Am definitely going out today and buy a box.
