Best insoles I've tried so far. May 01, 2010
By Garvey I'm run quite a bit and I'm currently training for a marathon. My feet take a lot of pounding from street running and I've been struggling with feet problems, plantar fasciitis, sore heels, etc. I've tried a couple of different insole brands, but these by far work best for me. They appear to be really designed for sports, instead of everyday walking comfort. The padding on the heels and front of the feet are right-sized, broad, and well placed. The top is very comfortable, but not overly soft. They hug my feet and provide much needed stability and cushioning during my runs. Great product. Try them out. Might work for you also.

Shoe Stability Jun 22, 2010
By Karla A. Devlin These inserts were just as described. They easily fit into my running shoes. Medium women's size worked great for the 8 1/2 shoe. I noticed a difference immediately just when wearing shoes around the house. I had been suffering from shin pain and my first day out running with these made me very pleased about the product. My shin pain had decreased to the point that I could actually run (which I had been taking very easy before). They are working out great after two weeks!

Heel and Arch support Jan 28, 2008

I used this product as an additional support for my heels. This was an impulse purchase given the fact that it is almost half the cost of a decent pair of sneakers. But the support it gives to the foot is great. Even though I have got no foot problems (Thank God), it gives great stability to the feet apart from arch and heel support. As compared to the brands available in supermarkets, this product beats them hands down. Great product.
I still had pain Jan 18, 2012
By jenbrik I have major problems with my feet: Metatarsalgia, Morton's toe, heel pain, over pronation and Plantar Fasciitis. These are my fifth set of insoles. After a 3.5-hour hike in a forest park, I could feel the pain coming on, in my heels and it inflamed the bone area on the side of my left foot. Pros: they do cushion the impact, give good arch support, my feet didn't move around in my boots and they didn't pinch my second toe. Cons: hard to judge cutting insoles just right, hard to adjust correctly once inside the boots and after the hike I still had pain. I'll continue wearing them for the long hikes but bandaging up other parts of my feet. Hope one day I can find insoles that help with metatarsalgia and Plantar Fascitis.
