By scifijoe serenity are generally good soles, my mom uses them a lot, so i was surprised and a little disapointed when the new soles arrived. the old soles had a cloth covering, the new ones do not. my mom does not like the new covering and refuses to wear them. i wonder why they changed the sole covering. now i am stuck with soles i can't use and mom will not use cause of the rough feel of them. the product pictures shows the blue cloth soles, what i got was not blue but black grainy soles. not good. that's why i like the brick and mortor store, i could take it back and either exchanged or got my money back. now i am stuck.
