If you have trouble sleeping this is the product for you. I have had insomnia for a while and the first night I tried this product I slept 9 hours without waking once. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and sleep soundly each night. I have also found my stress levels have lessened. Can highly recommend this product.

So far so good. I do not take it every night, but when I think I need more sleep and my brain won't shut off, it relaxes me enough to drift off.

I have been using this brand every night for over 10 years. Melatonin is part of the anti aging program and getting a good nights sleep keeps you looking and feeling great. I live in a senior community and I have many of my neighbors now sleeping through the night. This is a great product!

As long as you don't have deeper issues affecting sleep (e.g. emotional reasons that need to be addressed in therapy, etc.), this is fantastic. I find that 2 or 3 tablets about 30 minutes before my bedtime works best for me. It's nothing like a sleeping pill in that it's not addictive and you don't wake up feeling drugged. It's a nice insurance policy that you will get a restful sleep. I love it!! And the ingredients are good for you. I find that melatonin on its own doesn't work for me, but this combination with the L-theanine does the trick! I can't talk highly enough about this product!!~
