I have used this product for 6 months. I wanted a non-addictive, all natural product to help me sleep through the night. This is great. No morning hangover. No crazy dreams. Just peaceful sleep. I wake up and feel good. I wish it was cheaper. Like $10 per box. I am not sure why it is so expensive. But if you can afford it, it is better than a prescription sleep med because you don't have to worry about withdrawal symptoms.

My husband has problems sleeping some nights. He saw an ad for Restaid in a magazine, but I found it much cheaper on Amazon so I ordered a box for him to try. He now swears by this product so I just ordered 3 more boxes!

I had been having insomnia for a few days and it was irritating. I saw the review for Restaid and decided to try it. This product made me drowsy but it did not really make me fall asleep. I went to the store and bought some maximum strength Unisom and I finally got a good nights rest. So I guess everyone's body chemistry is different.

This product does not work for me. Perhaps you need to take it every night to get results, but at this price, I am not willing to do that.

The negative reviews complained that this didn't make them fall asleep. It's not as strong as, say, Somnatrol in inducing sleep, but nothing on the market is as helpful in maintaining a good night's sleep through the whole night. If your only problem is falling asleep, try something else. If you have also have trouble staying asleep, try Rest-aid, and if it's not strong enough to induce sleep, try one Somnatrol and one Rest-aid together. That's combination I use and it's very effective.
