Recommended Nov 04, 2006
By Philip J. Bohlken I bought a used computer monitor for a NordicTrack, but it came without the connecting cord or the heart monitor cord. The connecting cord is a simple mono audio cord with two 1/8" male ends. This item works on the computer monitor for a NordicTrack ski machine as well as several popular treadmills. The NordicTrack manual advises to rub the left ear lobe a few times before attaching the sensor clip. The clip is not at all uncomfortable. Measurements are erratic while exercising on a ski machine, but are accurate and immediate when the user stops momentarily to stand still. One might argue it is as beneficial to take the pulse with a couple of fingers on the neck timed over 15 seconds. But, this product gives a very fast reading that seems to be quite accurate, and it is easy to begin skiing again without losing one's stride or cooling down. If you have a NordicTrack ski machine and need a heart monitor cord, this is for you.

'ear's to your heart Apr 21, 2009
By Howland E. Sparky The exercise machine came up at a yard sale. I had had a heart attack and needed the machine to get healthy again. A simple search connected with the supplier. We got the little bug, plugged it in, turned it on, and pedaled away.
Thankyou Amazon

Complete piece of non-working JUNK Feb 18, 2011
By J. Bailey
"Still Can't Whistle"
The title says it all. Total piece of junk. It reported a pulse, but "inaccurate" is an understatement. I was running 120 bpm, and it was reporting 72. JUNK!
