Concentrated so a little goes a long way. Works wonders for me, I have fibromyalgia. Product has a nice glide to it, not sticky or tacky. Highly recommend.

Easy to work with and very concentrated. I would have liked to have felt a little more heat from the product but it is still good to work with.
