not all balls measure up Mar 11, 2008
By Dominique W I like this ball but it's not as big as I thought it would be. I believe this ball was measured deflated and is 22cm deflated, not inflated. I'm 5'3" and this ball is too small for me to use properly. I had previously purchased a stability ball from Fitness Quest. Same measurements but a bigger ball. My younger son works out with me and has no problem with this ball. My best advice is, if in doubt, see if you can contact someone before purchasing and ask if the ball was measure inflated or deflated. Still a quality ball. Just be careful on the size ordered to make sure you are getting what you need for your workouts.

Not very durable Apr 12, 2012
By Stafford R Brooke IV I used this ball for less than week as my office chair before it developed a leak and became unusable. Based on this experience I can't recommend this ball.

If you wanta stability ball for home and are not a light person. My height is 5'5" and this size was right. But forget the small travel foot pump it doesn't work.

cheap air pump Dec 19, 2008
By Mountain Artist This is a very cheap air pump. I bought it to pump up my new exercise ball. I finally gave up on the pump, which never did work, and just blew up the ball by using my own breath.
