Complete Junk Mar 08, 2010
By S. Rose Picked up one of these and within 4 weeks the belt started slipping off the wheel from time to time. They promised a replacement part and told me it was OK to keep using it. A week later the bolt for the right pedal just snapped, rendering it useless until repaired. I called and they promised yet another replacement part. SIX WEEKS after the first break I still hadn't received any parts so I just purchased a replacement of a different brand. When I went to move the unit by tilting it up on the wheels for that purpose, the frame snapped! So the unit is 12 weeks old, seen 4 weeks of use and has broken 3 times! They offered to replace it but I already did that. I can't even find it in me to curse a friend by giving them this clunker. I told them to just keep the replacement. Stay Away!
On the positive side I loved the iFit feature when the machine was working. If you can find a decent machine that has this feature, check it out. Nordictrack also has iFit BTW. Still, iFit's pretty useless if the machine itself doesn't work so one star.

Noisy Jun 24, 2011
By Pepper I use ellipticals all the time at the gym so decided to give this one a try. The construction is not to sturdy and this is the noisiest ellptical I have ever used. It will not stop squeaking or squealing. I have completely taken the machine apart, greased every moving part them put back together. 1 day later back to squeaking and driving you crazy as your trying to get a workout in. You get what you pay for and IMO you have to spend above a grand to get a good machine. All these cheap ellipticals are for light duty workouts, maybe once a week.
Falls apart quickly Feb 12, 2012
By Colin Wood First of all, this item does NOT fold up like the description says. Past that, the machine itself feels quite flimsy; it's a little scary trying to run full speed on the thing. It's very loud and shaky while you're running. From the beginning, the screen did not work very well; you could only see it from just the right angle, not when you were standing normally. The iFit input and speakers stopped working a few months into use, which was one of the only good features of the machine. A couple months later, the whole control panel was completely shot. Now it's useless.
I would not recognize this machine to anyone; find a better quality one.
