Description:

This product promotes good posture and prevents/relieves shoulder, neck, upper, mid and low back pain by gently keeping the shoulder back when one is in a forward working position, thus maintaining correct spinal alignment. A two or three pound weight (both included) provides a counter balance and placement of the weight at the beltline allows the posture pleaser to double as a lumbar roll. Can be used while sitting or standing.

Great for Computer Work & Sewing Oct 22, 2009

Who would think that "weighted suspenders" would make such a difference? Well it does! This product places enough weight at the lower back to pull the shoulders back and down relieving the tension in the neck/shoulder blade area. I use it at work when at the computer and also at home when I am sewing. Great product!!!

I purchased two Posture Pleasers--one for me as I stand at my easel to paint and one for my husband to wear while using his computer. We are both glad we have these as they alleviate back pain and allow us to persue our hobbies with greater enjoyment.

I bought this as I was getting back, leg and hip pain after sewing (I'm a quilter) at my machine for any length of time. It is fabulous. I had a hip replacement and cannot afford to be in pain like that and this has helped tremendously. It was worth the investment. Edie, N.W., PA

suffered from ruptured discs in neck. was told by physical therapist posture must improve. although pt, chiro, lmt, exercise, stretching all helped - this item works best (much better than other more expensive aids) I can't praise this item enough - has enabled me to continue to work.
