I had been meaning to get this for a while just to try it out. I have to say that I am really happy I did, to begin with I got this product more out of vanity than anything else. I used to dance, but it's been a while now and I noticed that my posture was not as good as it used to.

When I got the product and after trying it out a bit for a few days, I realized that it works wonders! I have recently (actually for about 2 years) been very tired, and fatigued, to the point where I have trouble getting things done. When I had just gotten the product I realized one afternoon when I put it on that within 10 minutes my headache was gone, the fatigue disappeared and I felt very energized. Now I put it on every morning once I get up and it takes me no time waking up (before I was half asleep for hours), and when the afternoon fatigue hits me or I get tired during the day I put it on and it literally is an immediate relief. I even asked my doctor about this and according to him this all has to do with the blood flow that a correct posture enables.

I have to agree that it's not the most comfortable right against your skin (I am getting used to it though) but the benefits are so outstanding that I really don't mind at all. I have had some of my fellow students try it out and everyone is pleasantly surprised.

At first, made my underarms sore, but quickly got use to. Felt better with improvement in posture. No further soreness. Good product for the money.

I have had rotator cuff surgery and my physical therapist recommended a posture back brace. This product does the job and keeps my shoulder from turning inward, but I wish it was more comfortable.

This works really great to remind you to keep your shoulders back because if you start to slouch you will feel it tighten under your armpits. I wear it over my "cami" undershirt and yes, it's uncomfortable up against bare skin at first but I got used to it very fast and already feel my back reshaping in a positive manner. I definitely would suggest buying this if you're looking for a posture-correcting device.
