I purchased a Ultrasonic device from MDK which did not work properly.
I followed their return directions and PROMPTLY returned the unit to MDK. The company at first denied they got the unit. Then after I emailed them proof of delivery they kept me waiting for a review of the product.Then they said they would charge me a restocking fee. Then they said it was being refered to the credit dept. Every time I contacted them I got a different answer. 4 MONTHS LATER I WENT THRU AMAZON'S A-Z GUARANTEE, THANK GOODNESS AT LEAST AMAZON STANDS BEHIND THEIR NAME. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING THRU MDK UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT GETTING A REFUND. KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERS YOU WILL NEED THEM.

My massage therapist recommended the Portable Ultra Sound Massage. My husband purchased it for me as a Birthday gift. This is the best Birthday gift I have ever received...and I'm almost 60! It really helps relax all my tight muscles. I suggest anyone who is suffering with fibromyalgia have this unit. I truly am grateful and love, love, love, this ultra sound! My massage therapist taught me how to safely use my Portable Ultra Sound Massager.

I bought this ultrasound home unit to use post-surgery on my knee, anticipating that I'd need it again when I get the other knee fixed--and, it is very portable. I can not tell if it is working, as I am also still getting physical therapy for the knee. I'll need to use it in other places to tell if it works.
