Good Bench, lat tower works well Jun 09, 2008
By S. Howell This is a budget bench, with some inexpensive construction, but it seems solid and the lat tower (the main reason I bought it) works very nicely. It was fairly easy to assemble. I'm pleased with it.

excellent bench Oct 06, 2008
By Sudha A. sharma we were looking for a bench with a preacher curl and when we saw this we were impressed with what you get for the money. it does take some time to put together (my husband did it in a couple of hours) but it is impressive. the lat bar, leg lifts, preacher bench - we are very pleased with this product and price. also, the shipping was timely and came a week earlier than expected. just make sure to measure your space as the bench is much wider and taller than it looks. i would highly recommend!!!

it's okay... Jan 30, 2009
By G. Heredia It's an okay product. It's cheaply made and you have to be creative to make it work. - Forget about the leg extension attachment, it sits to low to the ground and you will not be able to add any weight to it. - The bench back does not sit flat completely, is permanently tilted down. - You may want to bolt it to the ground, is shaky and if you put too much weight on it it feels sometime the whole thing is going to tip over. Be creative when working out and don't expect the thing to be great.

Excellent bench for the money Jan 04, 2011

"I do not believe because I understand. I believe in order that I might understand"
I received this bench about a week ago and I am very happy with it. It was missing a couple of pieces - but unnecessary ones for construction and had a couple of extra pieces. I called the company and they are sending the parts that are missing. 1. Construction - the bench arrived in one box and I moved it upstairs. I was able to assemble it myself in about 2 hours. The instructions for assembly are actually pretty good. 2. Ease of use - the spring clips are hard to use. I would recommend either doing with out or getting better ones at a sporting goods store 3. I've seen reviews that said it was too short. I'm 6'2" and the lat tower is about the right height for me. The leg extension is a bit too low, but useable 4. The lat tower works very well. It was the main reason I purchased this bench and I am very happy with it. 5. I would like the benches to have a bit more padding, but this is not a major sticking point. 6. I purchased a standard set of weights (total of 185 pounds). This has attachments for olymmpic weights if I ever progress to that point.
The weight limit on the lat tower is 150. The weight limit on the leg attachemnet is also 150. Since I am beginning my weightlifing routine, this is not a problem, but it could be in the near future.

Made for short people Aug 11, 2009
By C. Debes Leg extensions require a leg inseam of less than 32 inches or your feet will drag the ground. Lat pull-down and preacher curl bench would have been easier to use if they had quick release vs. screw-in pins. Instructions for assembly were good up to the point of assembling the Lat Pull-down and Back Bench. Back bench brace hole does not align with quick-release pin hole. Cushions on leg extension keep coming of while using but are easily placed back on. Overall I got what I paid for.
