After placing the order, I had some reservations regarding the product quality, considering its lower cost, and the product safety concering shipping. I was very satisfied when it arrived, very much on time; well packaged and still frozen. My 2 cats are beginning to enjoy crunching on it and I can already see the improvements on their teeth and gums. And contrary to the previous reviewer, my chicken necks were relatively clean, without lots of fat. I am delighted with this purchase. The same product elsewhere would've cost me more than twice the price with huge additional shipping charge. One final note, I had to cut the necks in chunks for my cats. The whole, or even halved pieces were too daunting for them.

Been using this product for years, but my last shipment was terrible. All the necks were large, laden with fat, instead of the thin boned necks usually received. Eight packs received, and 4 more to go. Wasting time trimming away the fatty areas. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
