We rescued a pug mix puppy and she is a chewer! We didn't want to go the rawhide route and someone gifted us some bully sticks (not this brand). Great product, but since our little pug wants to be near all of us all the time, that meant smelling the huge stink the other brand put off. Nothing like cuddling up with the puppy and smelling dead animal. Yuck. This product is the ONLY one I can find that doesn't stink! Just for that reason it is worth the extra money for us. My kids claimed they could smell the other kind just coming into a room the puppy was in and chewing...no one can smell this, even up close, and she loves it all the same.

I don't know if the first one was extra stinky or if I got used to it, but they don't seem to be as smelly as other bully sticks, though they still smell. What I like is that each stick lasts more than 30 minutes in the jaws of of my 9 month old golden.

Would have given this product 5 stars but for the price, I was hoping for bigger sticks. These are a variety of sizes and the smaller ones simply do not last as long. Prefer to purchase by size, not by weight so I know exactly what I am getting....

this was the first brand of bully stick that i purchased for my dog. i had read about them but held off for a while because i had read that they smell pretty bad. Well, when I received my order, the packaging stated that these sticks were allegedly "odor-free." Well, I can tell you that they are NOT odor-free; in fact, they smell pretty bad! Therefore, I only let her chew on these sticks while she's on a washable surface such as the tile floor or lying on a towel, etc....
If it weren't for the false claim that these are odorless, I would have given it 5 stars.

I'll be searching for true odor-free bully sticks....

I didn't realize I was paying $20 for only six sticks; the only amount listed was 6oz. Bad on me for not realizing what that would be. My dog loves them, but I can get the same thing for less at my local pet supply store.
