Extends life of electrodes and increases even conduction Apr 18, 2011
By Trisha Balbert This stuff is pretty awesome. It has extended the life of my cheaper electrodes by about 10 times the normal usage length.
It's pretty sticky and a little messy, though. I've found that I get it on the pad most evenly if I spread it around with my finger all the way to the edges. Because it's totally water soluble, I keep a wet washcloth nearby and just wipe my finger off between electrode placements.
When you peel off the electrode, it looks like you've got dirty bandaid sticky stuff on you. But this stuff is a lot easier to remove! Sometimes I roll it off like it's rubber cement, but an easier way to remove it is simply by using a wet washcloth!
Now that I've tried it, I can't imagine using my electrodes without it.

This is excellent. Made my old electrodes like new again. No corona. Solid attachment. Perfect conduction. The therapy sessions are back up in performance again.

You have to try this for your tens unit! Nov 11, 2010
By amazongirl I bought this gel hoping to make the tens unit pads last longer. It totally works and really saves money. Only a little dab is needed on the pad - not much!! It will only wash off with soap and water so be careful not to put on too much.
It's just real glue; not what you need for conduction Jun 17, 2011
By Laurens R. Schwartz I've used electrodes since 1998 with conductive gel. This product is pure glue for use on things that are broken and need to be truly, really, definitively glued together. Like gluing your underpants to your skin if you're in a strange mood. Advise for plastics, wood, not electrodes. Also costs a fortune so buy Elmer's Glue for seventy-nine cents and go to town. What people will sell under the wrong name.

Why does the picture show 3? Place an order and you get 1. Doesn't really matter, the one was the correct size, but I just expected 3 smaller tubes.
