I have used the older Panasonic ER411 nose trimmer for a long time and really liked it. It gives a very close shave. So I decided to get a new one, and bought this ER415SC. I was horrified to find out that they changed the design for the worse, since it no longer gives a close shave! They must have changed the clearance of the blades. What a waste of money. I went back to the older ER411. Let Panasonic know that they should go back to the older design which worked.

I bought the Panasonic 415 to replace a Remington model that just did not do the job. The Panasonic 415 left the nose and ears hair (and cut) free! I know not everybody will agree on products, but I wanted to provide some feedback on my experience with this product. It does a good job and it is a great price! I am here now to purchase another one for my dad as a stocking stuffer! I will be sure to type up another review after Christmas when he lets me know how he likes it!

I have had three of these units at this point. The units work fine but there is one huge design flaw. When you open it up the unit to emtpy the clippings the nylon blade assembly falls out and in my case it goes down the drain. If the price was not so low I would be so mad I would not repurchase this item,

Recently, I ordered a Panasonic Nose and Ear Trimmer and it arrived before the first date it was due. This was a product that I have been leary about buying for some time just because of the sensitive tissues in the nose but I'm glad I ordered it. I've read some good and bad reviews on a few different sites and here as well and while I realize it's not the product for everyone, it definitely was for me. It cuts the hairs I need it to in one or rarely two swipes and doesn't pull at all, which was another concern that I had. For those who have an electric razor, this doesn't feel any different than one of those. It glides over the hair so smoothly if it wasn't for the sound of the motor you wouldn't notice it was there. All in all, I think this is a great product that's not only convient but works fantastic!

I bought a Panasonic ER415SC Nose and Ear Trimmer about three years ago, and it worked well. So when it gave up, I bought a new one. This new one does not work near as well as the old one did. I have to go over and over and over the same areas in order to get it to work.
