I purchased this strap after using one in physical therapy. The loops all along the strap enable me to tailor the length needed for various stretches precisely, without having to wind excess around my hands.
If you have little strength in your hands for gripping, then I definitely recommend this strap! I can place my hands into the chosen loops and allow my wrists and arms to do the actual pulling for those longer stretches.

This is probably the greatest value-for-money fitness product I've ever owned.
I had major knee surgery recently and my Stanford Sports Medicine physical therapist recommended I try using the Stretch-Out Strap to stretch my calf and hamstring muscles.
I was able to stretch my leg muscles deeper and more easily than ever before. It's such a simple, ingenious design. It worked so tremendously well, I bought one for use at home. I've given some to friends and relatives who are avid athletes and/or stretchers and I've received nothing but positive feedback.
If you purchase a Stretch-Out Strap, make sure you're getting the instructional booklet with it. It provides easy-to-follow instructions for many more stretches than I'll ever do and it makes the product a no-brainer purchase.

I was first introduced to the strap through physical therapy and wanted one of my own. I found it at Amazon and it's exactly like the one in the doctor's office. I have a continuing knee problem and need to use it daily. I love it and it makes exercising so much easier. Thank you.

I am very pleased with this strap. It is the exact one that I am using in physical therapy. I was using a belt at home, but found that the loops made it so much easier to grasp and then continue to gain strength in my weakened arm.

Purchased this for use in physical therapy. Its a bit stiff but just like the one they use in PT - same brand name too. Cant beat the price. I'm sure it will soften after use and maybe a wash!
