I have been using this quitting smoking method for 3 weeks or so and I'm smoking less. Hopefully will have quit by Thanksgiving. Also impt. to note that I rec'd 2 of the same filters in the package, each filter should be numbered 1-4. I got two number 3's and no number 4. One phone call and less than one week later I rec'd the right filter from the company, no questions asked. Also originally, I remember reading a review about how the nicotine got into the reviewers mouth and for that they gave it one star. Funny thing is, that person obviously never read the directions. The filters must be cleaned regularly. And yes, cleaning the filter is part of what helps you to quit because it is disgusting!! I've got three friends doing this with me now. I recommend trying this method of quitting.

ive smoked for over 30 years..and have tried it all to quit..cold turkey...patches...pills...but i needed something to help cut the nicotine out slowly and drop the want to smoke. THIS is the product..i IMMEDIATELY have seen results in my breathing..and the want to smoke..BUY THIS!

This did help me in the past but the filter broke, then I went right back to smoking. I decided to try this product again but it did seem to be working before the filter broke. I would suggest if the filter breaks use the next filter in the package because once you smoke without the filter you have to like start all over again. I will review this product again, hope this helps me to quit smoking. You do need a small tiny brush to clean the inside of the filter. I did notice by the 2nd filter that I was not smoking as much. This product is hard to find in stores now, so I ordered from Amazon.

I have used this product to help me quit twice, one time for a few days shy of a year and just recently for so far 1 yr and 8 months!!! It allows you to gradually reduce the tar and nicotine you are taking in but still lets you smoke which for MOST smokers is the hardest part of quitting. THIS IS A MUST BUY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT QUITTING!!!
