We traveled to Japan and were awake for around 30 hours each way. We took No Jet Lag as directed and felt that it helped a great deal. We didn't experience the nausea or
exhaustion that we have experienced on other trips. I'd recommend this to anyone traveling abroad, especially those crossing many time zones.

This works. I got this for a multi-leg round the world trip that had minimal time to adjust in each place. The pills worked well to keep the jet lag to a minimum, allowing me to hit the ground running. Compared to my collegues I was annoyingly energetic. Highly recommended. No side effects.

Flew East to Europe and did Not use anything-was jet-lagged Bad for the first day there. Next time flew East to Europe and Tried a package of No Jet Lag and had No Jet Lag when I arrived there or afterward. Tiny amounts of active ingredients or not,Whatever is in it Worked for me. I didn't think it would either,but it Did. And,yes-the first mentioned trip I did,indeed,drink alot of water as it had been much recommended to alleviate or eliminate dehydration. It made no difference on the jet lag. Just to save $10 bucks,why even take a chance on losing a day of your trip to Jet Lag? It's a no-brainer.

Will use every time I fly overseas. May 25, 2010

We used this for the first time on a recent flight to Venice and back. While we were physically weary from a day of travel, we found that we did not get the sick feeling we usually experience when flying to Europe. Most importantly, we were able to spend hours sightseeing the same day we arrived. It was such a pleasure and a bonus not to lose a day.

We used this as per directions on a trip across 6 time zones. Altho we were tired, we didn't feel that horrible nauseous, foggy-brained feeling that usually goes with jet lag.
I also used this product once when I didn't get much sleep for other reasons, reasoning that my body doesn't know the reason; it only knows that I had to be awake after too little sleep. Again, it overcame that horrible feeling that goes with lack of sleep!
It's wonderful taken as directed; it's even helpful after the fact. We gave some to our exchange student the day after he arrived, and he too found it really helpful, even tho he hdan't taken it during his flight.
