I bought this at CVS yesterday and just started my treatment. I've smoked 15-20 cigarettes a day for the past 2 years and have been smoking for 8 years all together. Today I only had 3 cigarettes and I chewed the gum as said. I know I'm not supposed to smoke while on this quitting program but the fact that I was able to cut down that much in just one day is amazing. If you want to quit then buy this. The only concerns I had was that I will have no reason to go outside for smoke breaks anymore. I personally love my smoke breaks but this was fine. I just started going outside every time I chew a piece

In my opinion, "Fruit Chill" is by far Nicorette's best flavor. Better tasting, more likely to USE it. I have looked EVERYWHERE (brick & mortar, on-line), and can't find comparable prices. Part of the advantage of buying from Amazon is that they have their own internal search engine, which pulls prices from a variety of sources. I only buy Nicorette from Amazon.
