I am 28 i have been taking this on and off for 2 years. IT IS GREAT FOR WORKING OUT!!!! I recover faster, i feel stronger, i loose weight. this thing rocks im on my 4-5th bottle.. each bottle is HUGE, but so is the amount ur supposed to take.. Although when u work out ur muscle gain is so quick u tend to gain weight before u loose any!!
I get compliments on my facial complextion more than my sister! "your GLOWING!" "your skin is so nice" i get these comments all the time and im a GUY!!!!! i never put 2 and 2 together before though,,, and i realized its this product. i thought i was just pretty~! HAHA!.
Also i've had knee surgery, replaced my acl and torn miniscus. This is most definitely helpful for my knee. i always have a gnawing ... pain/tingling/ache whatever u may call it, those with serious knee issues know this well. This helps... i dont know how much more compared to glucosamine and msn... but those pills are big too.. so i tend to take this if i have to choose one.. but i take both regularly, daily, when im serious about working out, to better protect my knees and my joints.
It does have a smell associated with it, the longer u have the bottle the more the smell ;p, but once u put it in ur mouth and wash it down, smell all gone ;p
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS for anybody working out, joint problems, want prettier skin.. young or old.. for the chance it may work for u

I just had a baby by c-section and I honestly think these pills have helped me heal much better/faster than if I weren't taken them. This is my second c -section and it's only been two weeks and im almost completely healed and the scar is barely noticeable already! im very happy and these also help with suppressing my appetite. My skin looks great as well as my hair. They are pretty big and difficult to have to swallow 6 a day but I think it's worth it!

I've been a fan of neocell super collagen 1 & 3 for yeaars <3 I bought it many years ago initially for vanity reasons, but instead found that it made my tendonitis go away! I am a very active person and am constantly putting stress on my feet and legs, so I live on this stuff now! My feet feel stronger and are able to heal completely, it helps with pain management too. It also does help your nails grow out faster and very strong. I haven't noticed any difference in my skin or hair, and I don't understand how this product helps you sleep better or lose weight, but anyway... people who have problems with stress on their connective tissues should definitely consider taking this :)

I've been using this product for the last 6 months now and I have noticed a big difference in nail strength, hair quality and, after the addition of hyaluronic acid, a decrease in recovery after strenuous workouts. I take 6 right before bed on an empty stomach and 3 a half hour before breakfast. For the price, it is easy to afford taking large amounts of the product. Another plus is you get 100% vitamin C per dose. The only downside is if a pill gets caught in your mouth or throat the taste is pretty god awful, but the product isn't meant to be tasted. One of my favorite supplements by far.

After taking Super Collagen C for about four months I noticed not only my nails were stronger (nice) but strength gains from exercise was staying with me (very nice). My erratic exercise patterns didn't seem to penalize me the way they used to. If I stopped my workouts for a week I seemed to pick up where I left off!
