The Botanical Fresh 6 In 1 Herbal Shoulder Wrap- comes in a stay-fresh reuseable bag. This multi-purpose herbal pack is great for relieving neck and shoulder tension, PMS, low back pain, joint discomfort and headaches/TMJ. Instructions: Heat Therapy- Heat in the microwave on high setting for 1 to 2 minutes. Increase by 30 seconds at a time if necessary. Always check the temperature of your herbal pack with your hands before using. Overheating may cause burns. For moist heat therapy, sprinkle with water before heating. Cold Therapy- Mist your herbal pack with water, place the pack in its stay-fresh package and put in the freezer for at least 1 hour. I absolutely love this product! I have used it mainly for shoulder tension. Just heat in the microwave for 2 minutes and you're good to go. I retains it heat for a long time too, so you don't have to keep re-heating it. I really love the seams that are sewn into it. This way the stuffing doesn't fall to one side or the other. Eveything stays put where it's supposed to. Just watch out for immitations. They really aren't as good.

This wrap is ok, the last one I had was a bit heavier with more herbal scent. I use these daily due to medical problems. It also could hold the heat a bit better. It is however good to take back and forth to work or wherever you might need it since you can put it protected back in it's bag. With a few modicfications I would buy it again, however will continue to look for one more like the one I had.

I got this because of all the great reviews. Its smelled nice but it really did not hold the heat well. It went from extremely hot and then lost its heat within 10-15 minutes. Also, it was a bit flimsy. The seeds moved around and created these empty spaces. I will be returning this.

This is a gift because I love mine. It would be perfect if the beans didn't "lump up". Sometimes they all fall down over my shoulders onto my chest when I need it on my neck.
