"What did you do to your hair -- it looks good." After a horrific couple of months of hair loss and hair breakage, this product and Rogaine helped return me to a head of hair that was fuller than ever before -- enough for people to really notice. One relative tugged on it because I think she thought I got a wig. Good purchase, and it helps nails as well.

By Sophia Got item fast - great vender. And this liquid gel Biotin is fantatic - started using to improve hair strength to grow my hair and it has helped. My sister started using it as well and we both believe Biotin has improved our hair (and nails as well).

By loreleigal Since I started taking this I have noticed my hair which is very thin and fine growing back a lot healthier and I feel like I have a little bit more energy. I like that it is a liquid form since you can absorb it better than a pill!
