Simple relief for sore muscles Aug 12, 2009
By B. Weaver Good relief for sore or tight muscles in neck, back or legs. Micro wave for a 2-3 minutes and use for next 15-20 minutes while sitting in a chair.

By ME I have used these bags for years. My back is stiff in the morning. I warm these wonderful bags in the microwave and the stiffness melts away. I used to get them through those mailers. I panicked when I saw that the company didn't mail to the US anymore. I contacted them and they emailed be right back and said I could get them from Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised to see the red covers. They have always been blue. The red brightens my morning. Definitely get these bags. You won't regret it.

Best stress reliever for sore muscles Dec 05, 2009
By S. Simkins This is my second bag after I wore the other one out 10 yrs later. I love the comfort I get from heating this in microwave be careful to not overheat it. It retains the heat nicely and relieves sore, stiff aching muscles.
You can also use it as a cold therapy pack but, I don't

By loewus9 I love the hot/cold pack but it should be longer - unless I have an extra wide neck! It doesn't fit around! Thanks, loewus9
